By creating an account or using Valor Perks in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
1. About Valor Perks
Valor Perks is a token-based rewards and signal platform registered in Nigeria. We provide a structured earning system where members can purchase Valor Tokens (VPT), earn additional tokens through platform activity, and withdraw the naira equivalent to their Nigerian bank accounts. We also provide FX signal generation tools for informational and educational purposes.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You must provide a valid email address and complete email verification.
- One account per person. Multiple accounts may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of balances.
- You must be a resident or citizen of Nigeria or a country where our services are not prohibited.
3. Valor Tokens (VPT)
- 1 Valor Token (VPT) has a fixed redemption value of ₦750 at the time of withdrawal. This rate may be reviewed quarterly with 7 days' written notice.
- Tokens are non-transferable between accounts.
- Tokens have no expiry date while your account remains active.
- Tokens are not a cryptocurrency, not a regulated financial instrument, and are not traded on any exchange.
- Valor Perks reserves the right to correct any erroneous token credits caused by technical errors.
4. Token Purchases
- All token purchases are processed through Flutterwave and are final. We do not issue refunds on token purchases unless there is a verified payment error.
- Token credits are applied manually within 24 hours of verified payment confirmation.
- Chargebacks initiated without contacting our support team first will result in immediate account suspension.
5. Earning Tokens
- Daily login: 0.5 VPT per day, credited once per calendar day (Nigeria WAT).
- Signal trade rewards: 5–20 VPT per logged trade, based on signal strength. These are trust-based credits and may be reviewed for unusual activity.
- Referral bonuses: 15 VPT per referral, credited only after the referred user makes their first token purchase.
- Valor Perks reserves the right to reverse earnings obtained through fraudulent activity, bot automation, or exploitation of platform mechanics.
6. Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal is ₦25,000 (approximately 33.34 VPT).
- Withdrawals are processed manually within 24 business hours of approval.
- You must provide accurate Nigerian bank account details. Valor Perks is not responsible for failed transfers due to incorrect account information provided by the user.
- Token balances are deducted only after your withdrawal has been approved and paid.
- Valor Perks reserves the right to request identity verification before processing large withdrawal amounts.
7. FX Signal Disclaimer
The FX signals provided by Valor Perks are generated algorithmically and are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Trading foreign exchange involves substantial risk of loss. Past signal performance is not indicative of future results.
8. Prohibited Activities
- Creating multiple accounts to exploit referral or reward systems.
- Using bots, scripts, or automation to generate token earnings.
- Fraudulent withdrawal requests or providing false bank account details.
- Any attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Valor Perks platform.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
9. Account Suspension & Termination
Valor Perks reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to other members or the platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
Valor Perks is provided "as is." We make no guarantee of uninterrupted service, specific earning outcomes, or specific signal accuracy rates. To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Valor Perks and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active members with at least 7 days' notice before taking effect.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
