Payment Information

Valor Perks uses Flutterwave to process all token purchases. We do not store, transmit, or have access to your card details at any point. Flutterwave is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. Withdrawal bank account details are stored securely solely for processing your withdrawal request.

Data security

All data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure with industry-standard encryption. Access to user data is restricted to authorised Valor Perks administrators. Financial transactions are processed using atomic operations to prevent any partial writes or balance errors. We require email verification for all accounts.

Cookies

Valor Perks uses session cookies for authentication purposes only. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. You may disable cookies in your browser, but this will prevent you from remaining logged in.

Your rights

Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
